Philips transistor radio made in Holland, model L3F13T dating from 1962
Presentation tweed and cream.
Originally this station was designed to receive the following wave ranges: Go (long waves), PO (short waves) and OC (short waves).
Amplitude modulation reception gradually becomes mute with the gradual shutdown of stations. On long waves, French stations have all stopped broadcasting in GO and PO, some foreign stations are currently continuing to broadcast. In order to give these devices a new lease of life, I removed the OC wave range and instead this "vintage" station works in Bluetooth and can receive all national FM stations with excellent quality via the "RADIOPLAYER" application to download for free on your phone. It can also connect to Deezer, Spotify, Youtube etc.
It continues to receive small and large waves.
It can follow you everywhere and will surprise many people because for a radio from 1962 it gives excellent sound quality, its operation is ensured by 4 R20 (D) type batteries, not supplied with the device.
Switching on and off is done by the volume potentiometer which also acts as an on/off switch.
