Teppaz Presence “vintage” electrophone

This record player was one of the successes of the famous Teppaz company and more than 500,000 copies were produced.

It has been completely overhauled both electronically and mechanically. The tube amplifier equipped with an EL84, an EBF80 and an EZ80 has been refurbished, the tubes have been tested. This amplifier delivers a power of 3 watts of very good musical quality thanks to its 160mm speaker. The original cell is also redone and has its two 33/45 rpm sapphires on one side and 78 rpm on the other. 3-speed record player, 33/45 and 78 rpm. 1955 model, still part of the early production of this Presence model.

The drive roller is new original TEPPAZ , the platter mat is new and of current manufacture. The arm has its pad and the platter clips are present.

On the suitcase side, it was in a fairly degraded presentation condition, this one has been renovated by a very vintage makeover with a green checkered covering, its closures are in good condition. They have been cleaned in order to restore their former luster as much as possible!

It is ready to let you listen to your vinyls of Cloclo, Johnny, Sheila, the Beatles, Rolling Stones or others again… It will also be perfect to let you listen to your 78 rpm records again which will be less damaged than listening to them with a phonograph with steel needles and the listening quality will be much better. In addition, following its revision, it is able to read recent records without groove skips.
