Oscar Senior is a record player manufactured by the famous brandTEPPAZand this device is the higher end model than the Oscar.
It is equipped with 2 speakers, one of 160mm wideband with high impedance and a tweeter to give relief to the high frequencies enclosed in a cover acting as a baffle. Its tube amplifier (ECL82) delivers a power of 3 watts of excellent musical quality. It is equipped with a tone corrector and its volume potentiometer also acts as an on/off switch.
The cell has been refurbished, it has two sapphires, one for reading 33/45 rpm and one for 78 rpm. The drive roller is in good condition. Its ventilation grid has its flocking which has been refurbished as originally. The platter mat is in perfect condition and it has its TEPPAZ stamped pellet on the arm
The mottled-colored suitcase and gray barrel is in good condition, note some minor snags on the edge of the suitcase and minor stains on the bottom of the suitcase. The closures have been cleaned and are very shiny, this record player dates back to 1964! The speaker/cable winder stand is new and recently manufactured.
Fully revised device, perfect operation with precisely adjusted end-of-disc stop, it is capable of reading recent pressings as well as maxi 45 rpm records. Excellent reproduction quality of 78 rpm records.
This device will come with a copy of its operating instructions in color as well as a 45 rpm centering device.
