Beautiful record player from Radiola, manufactured by Philips, dating from 1959/1960
4-speed turntable 16/33/45 and 78 rpm, wheel associated with the speed selector for fine adjustment of the speed. For the use of 45 rpm 17cm records with large holes, it is equipped with a captive retractable centering device! Its cream-colored platter mat is in good condition.
Has an arm lift so that the arm can be moved without scratching the disc.
Amplifier equipped with the UCL82 power tube for a sound power announced by the manufacturer of 2.5W. Quadrupole socket allowing to connect a second amplifier in order to enjoy listening in stereo
It is equipped with a GP235 type cell with a reversible 33/45 rpm sapphire on each side. If you want to listen to 78 rpm records from this record player, you will need to order in addition the AG3306 type 33/45 and 78 rpm sapphire for sale on the site in the "spare parts" section then sapphires and diamonds.
The lid contains the speakers, a 165mm full range and a piezo tweeter.
Presentation-wise, its burgundy and vintage suitcase is in good condition with corrosion-free brass-style fittings. Ingenious system of suspended feet to avoid “RUMBLE” effects.
