Teppaz Transitradio 2+1+1 bluetooth radio-turntable combo

This device is as shown in the photos in very good condition, practically new. It has just been serviced and works in both radio and turntable mode.

On the radio side, it was designed to receive long waves (GO), short waves (PO), and short waves divided into 2 bands. It is equipped with a telescopic antenna in good condition. The gradual shutdown of amplitude modulation stations such as the shutdown of France Inter, Europe1 and RTL on long waves and regularly short wave stations led me to think about the future of these devices. They are now equipped with Bluetooth, the GO frequency range is therefore removed and replaced by the Bluetooth function. The PO, OC1, OC2 and the record player are still functional. This gives it a new lease of life and allows it to be connected via a smartphone and receive all radio stations as if it had FM via the free application "Radioplayer" or Radio Garden for worldwide radio or Deezer, Spotify, YouTube ... with excellent musical quality!

At the turntable level, the drive roller is in good condition. Its reading head has been redone with the replacement of the rubber suspensions and the sapphire supports, it is equipped with 2 sapphires for reading 33 and 45 rpm vinyl records and the other for 78 rpm. Its automatic stop has been adjusted very precisely.

Its platter mat is new and recently manufactured and it has its platter clip as well as the stamped disc Teppaz on the arm

It works on batteries with 6 of the R20 type or also called D, these batteries are not supplied with the device. To operate on the mains, this Transitradio had to receive instead of the battery compartment a mains box which is excessively difficult to find and expensive. It can receive a mains power supply (supplied with the device) which will connect to a plug placed at the back of the device and will allow you to operate it either on batteries or on mains or via a cigarette lighter cable to operate in the car. Available on the site (in the spare parts section and under batteries, batteries mains cable). The mains power supply supplied with this Transitradio allows perfect operation for the record player and the Bluetooth function. For listening to AM stations, it is advisable to operate it on batteries because today's power supplies cause a parasitic frequency. Following its modifications, this Transitradio can operate with an external power supply providing 9 to 12v.

For its aesthetics, the suitcase in mottled red and black upholstery is in a beautiful state of conservation (small white dots in places but not serious), its carrying strap is new of current manufacture, its brass fittings have been cleaned to give them a beautiful appearance. Its battery compartment is in good condition.

This device is ready for you to listen to or re-listen to your vinyl records from the Beatles, Rolling Stones, Elvis Presley, Claude François, Sheila, Johnny etc.

It will be supplied with Transitradio, a universal type mains power supply, a copy of its user manual and a 45 rpm centering device.

Following its revision, this record player is able to correctly play current vinyl records (today's pressings) as well as maxi 45 rpm records.
